40"x40" oil on canvas
I know, I know, it's only August, the temperatures are still hot, the colours are still predominently green. For an artist who loves the Fall it is actually time to start painting Fall colours. This is where the files of Falls Past have to come into play. My favourite time of year by far is the Autumn season. The fire and burst of colours that God paints accross this great land of Canada are simply breath taking. So now I begin my artists journey into the colours of Fall. I hope you enjoy and watch as they unfold on www.robertmcaffee.com

The Pine Tree Painter.
How did I become known as the Pine Tree Painter? You could say I paint a lot of Pine Trees, that would be true. I paint a lot of other things too, but Pine Trees, Spruce Trees, Birch and others seem to be a continuous string in what i do. I just like the way they stand there like a custodian of the land. or a greeter to nature. So, I continue down the path with the Pine Tree Painter name on my head, It's ok.
