Payment Policy

Paintings are sold on a first come first serve basis. Inquiries about a paintings price cannot be taken as a reservation of that painting. As demand for these paintings continues to be high a reservation can only be secured with a minimum of 50% paid against the balance of the full price of the painting, including shipping if applicable.Please note that Paintings will be shipped only after payment has been accepted, deposited and cleared. Payment by any means other than cash, Visa, Mastercard or Certified cheque for the exact amount, no more and no less. Certification of your cheque must be by a verified, reputable Financial Institution such as the TD Bank, The Royal Bank, etc. No funds will be accepted from any means of money wire transfer such as and including Western Union. Persons attempting to purchase for an amount above the stated price will be immediately considered fraudulent and will be reported to authorities.  
Return Policy
While we understand and agree that original art requires some time in a purchasers home/office where the purchaser becomes assured of the art selection, it is also understood that paintings taken for any period of time are not available for sale during that time and therefore potential sales cannot be realized. Therefore:
Paintings purchased, paid for in full may be returned for a full refund within seven calendar days. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS BEYOND THAT POINT. Purchaser will also be responsible for all related shipping costs incurred in original delivery as well as return shipping. No exceptions shall be made for any reason whatsoever.
