Aboriginal Residential Schools, 
Paintings that tell their stories, so that we all remember never to turn a blind eye ever again.

I, like many Canadians have been horrified by the stories of abuse by those who were charged with caring for and educating young Aboriginal children in the Residential Schools set up all over Canada. I have little words to say but I am able to express it all in paintings. So I have embarked on a journey through a series of oil paintings which will attempt to relay some of those experiences now being told at the Truth and Reconciliation Commission by survivors. My paintings are bold and a bit shocking, but that is the point. To grab Canadians attention and add to the many voices who want to assure that we never ever turn a blind eye to such abuse ever again.
